Wednesdays, my hate day in training. Today I ran 7 miles in 57 min. 3 of those miles were run in 7 min. 13 sec. Ouch. All I can say is it's over and now I'm ready to eat, like a lot for breakfast. The hunger pains are coming on strong and my shredded wheat is calling to me...:)

ReplyDeleteUm, shredded wheat?!?! After that workout you ought to do a full-on scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit with a ginormous muffin on the side!
ReplyDeleteDon't worry Em, I so made up for it. We were at Deseret Book today and bought the 1/2 dozen orange rolls and I think I ate the majority of them. :)
